Lester Coleman, President and Chief Executive Officer

Lester Coleman has received numerous accolades and awards for his work and on April 22, 2010 was highlighted during Chicago Small Business Day, by the HUD Deputy Secretary Ron Sims. In 2012, Coleman, along with a number of “American Dream” style change makers, was chosen to consult with Warren Buffet on the advancement of his ideas and what it may mean to the future of all those who are job creators. “It was certainly an honor to sit down, one-on-one with one of the most successful entrepreneurs in history. It has spurred me to do even more in my business and personal endeavors,” said Coleman. “Made In America” will not be just the things found in clothing retailers, warehouses or hardware stores any longer. It can now conjure a picture of a face; that of the founder of Coleman Development Corporation with a whole new meaning, open to interpretation.
