Accessibility modifications to bring the property into compliance with Federal Uniform Accessibiity Standards (UFAS). Work included modifications to kitchens and bathrooms in 14 residential units, and accessibility modifications in the interior common areas and the parking lots. |

This project included six residential units in the Chicago communities of Rogers Park and Ravenswood. Each dwelling unit was brought into compliance with the Federal Uniform Accessibility Standards (UFAS). In addition to the accessibility modifications, the scope included complete interior rehabilitation, which consisted of the removal and replacement of all system components, fixtures, and finishes. Exterior improvements included the installation of new sidewalk as required to provide accessible egress, and parking area accessibility modifications. |
