Life Safety Installation
In response to the City of Chicago’s mandate for installation of life safety system in multi-family buildings over three stories tall by 2015, Coleman Development Corporation provides the following services:- Installation of fire sprinkler systems in existing buildings
- Installation of two way communication systems in areas of rescue
- Modification of existing buildings to accommodate areas of rescue

Life Safety Improvements and ADA Retrofits in Common Areas Interior wall modifications to create Areas of Rescue at stairwells at 2 high-rise buildings, and installation of 2-way emergency call system for each. Other work included the installation of fire sprinkler system in common areas, ADA modifications to common area kitchens and rest rooms, installation of a security camera system, and installation of water heaters to separate the domestic hot water supply system from existing boilers. |
