Property Services (Emergency Construction Services)

Coleman Development Corporation provides expedient construction services to restore commercial and multi-family dwellings when emergencies occur. Our Emergency Construction personnel will provide an on-site assessment and develop a customized solution to meet our client’s needs. We also provide emergency service for minor repairs. Emergency Services include, but not limited to:

Replacement of playground safety pavement. Work included removal of worn surface, re-grading the area as required, and installation of new safety surface material for a children’s playground in a family housing community. The playground surface, of approximately 8,000 square feet, was tested and certified upon completion as meeting the applicable performance standards (CPSC and ASTM Fall Height Test).
