Complete rehabilitation of 7 rowhouse and duplex units. Dwelling unit work included removal and replacement of all system components, fixtures, and finishes. Exterior improvements included landscaping, new concrete access walks, fencing installation and resurfacing of parking areas.

At Campbell Homes, complete rehabilitation was performed, to return a damaged and vacant unit to occupancy, and to perform this rehabilitation in conformance with the Federal Uniform Accessibility Standards (UFAS). Interior work included removal and replacement of all system components, fixtures, and finishes. Building envelope repairs were performed, to address water penetration issues. Exterior improvements included the installation of new sidewalk, and parking area accessibility modifications. At 5341 S. Campbell, a single-family residence was supplied with safety and notification devices (smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, alarms, doorbells) for use by persons with hearing and visual impairments.
